TextFlow Privacy Statement
This statement describes how Nordic River Software AB (Nordic River) handles your personal information when you use the TextFlow Desktop application.
Personal User Information
In order for you to start using TextFlow, you are prompted to submit basic user contact data. Nordic River stores time stamped logs on active application usage to collect data used for billing and trial usage purposes. Nordic River does not store credit card information in any form.
Usage Logs
In order to optimize our servers and provide a faster and more stable product, we maintain logs of user activity. These logs store impersonalized information such as date and time stamp information, as well as what operations are performed. These server logs are confidential and are not disclosed to any third party. We do not store content in any form, and all content is irreversibly purged from our systems after each session.
Bug Reporting
If you choose to submit a bug report, then you have the option to submit a screenshot and document data as part of this bug report. In this situation, your document data and screenshot will be permanently archived in our bug database and used to help us track and resolve your bug. The bug database is only accessible to employees of Nordic River, will not be disclosed to any third parties, and will be used for the sole purpose of tracking and solving your bug.
Information Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We do not archive any part of documents uploaded to Nordic River servers for comparison analysis. We purge all variables after every session.
We restrict access to personal information to Nordic River employees who are bound by confidentiality obligations and are subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
